Artichoke Chicken
Pretty simple: Lots of artichoke tips, cream of mushroom soup, Chicken and cauliflower. Very cheap too..
Throw in the artichoke a little later so that it maintains it’s awesomeness.

I always add like a quarter bottle of dry white wine. Delish!
Like Mama makes it, ‘sep better!
Again, TJ’s knows where it’s at! I picked up those multi-colored small potatoes and a bag of balsamic glazed grilled sweet onions (from the frozen section). I also diced up a ham and threw that in along with chopped cilantro, assorted beans, garlic, a chopped yellow onion, chicken broth, and pepper and bay leaf to taste. MMMMMM.
Don’t be a noob. Make sure you soak the beans over night before starting the crock pot.
I cook on high for two hours, and then switch it to low for the next 6 hours.
C’est tout! Bon appétit.
Pulled Pork is all the rage right now…and yes, it was made in the crock pot. Images via Eileen Bow and Kevin Malloy’s scrumptious BBQ creations. Now aren’t you Fancy!

It’s a sweet and spicy sensation!!
I got all the ingredients from Trader Joes: Roasted Corn, Cauliflower, Corn Chile Salsa, Pearl Onions, Creamy Corn and Roasted Red Pepper Soup, French Creme, $2 white wine (use half the bottle), and 1.5 lbs of chicken. Add it all together and cook for 6 hours. Serve avec un bagette. Feeds a ton of people.
